Overview

Villa Barbara is a 2017 newly built beautiful 4-star apartment building with its own pool in Sumartin, on the island of Brac. The house has a beautifully landscaped garden with pool, bar, children’s play area, umbrellas, sunbeds and seating spread over 3000m2, just 300m from sea and beach. There are private parking spaces on site.

Villa Barbara offers 10 new luxuriously equipped apartments, which together with the spacious terraces offer a very good holiday home comfort.

All apartments have a kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa bed, one to three bathrooms with shower and toilet, one to three bedrooms and mostly one or two terraces. Each apartment has views of the pool and garden, mountains and sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee machine are provided. A hair dryer and soap and shower gel are available in the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are, of course, available. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Another person can find space on the sofa bed in the living room. In the multi-room apartments, 2 people can sleep on the couch. On request, we provide baby beds. All apartments are air-conditioned and feature satellite TV, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Please understand that pets are not allowed throughout the facility.

The centre of Sumartin, with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets as well as harbour and ferry are 400m away. Next beach is only 300 meters away.
