Villa Blue is a new, elegant villa for 6 + 2 people, with pool and garage. This villa offers panoramic views of the sea on the offshore islands of Brac and Hvar, as well as the mountains of Biokovo.

Located at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains, 2 km from the sea and beautiful beaches, you will find pure relaxation for yourself and your family. The entire house is bright, open and flooded with light and offers generous views of the sea and mountains. With 3 bedrooms with king-size double beds and 3 en-suite bathrooms, the modern villa offers every comfort imaginable for 6 + 2 people.

Three spacious and modern bedrooms offer residential luxury of the finest, flat TV included. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and each has a private terrace. The bathrooms each have a large shower, toilet, washing tables, soaps and towels. Children up to the age of 15 can be accommodated in two extra beds in one of the bedrooms. The living area on the ground floor is divided into kitchen with dining area and living room. There is also a guest toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, such as an automatic coffee machine to the refrigerated freezer, a large central dining bar, and a dining table for 8 people. The living room with sea views, bright and modern, with a cosy couch and large satellite TV invites you to chill out. All rooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.

From the dining area you can access the large terrace with a Weber barbecue, lounge furniture for chilling out, as well as the 140cm deep, 24m² pool, equipped with a counter-current system. Sun loungers and parasols offer bathing fun and relaxation in a perfect setting. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the deep blue Adriatic Sea and spectacular sunsets.

The outdoor area of the house is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. The house has a garage and ample parking.
