Villa Divino is situated in absolute peaceful location, away from other houses in the Old Village of Tucepi, with fantastic views of the open sea, the islands of Brac and Hvar. Rest and relaxation surrounded by a lot of green nature, a 2.500m² garden including a vegetable garden, olives and fig trees and a private wine cellar, tastings of Croatian red and white wines are gladly organized, sea views included!
The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 8 people.
On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the exit to the large terrace with heated pool, seating and sun loungers. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and attached bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and separate bathroom.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a private living area with a large kitchen and a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed if required.
In the lower part of the house is a generously designed Konoba with sea views and seating for 15 people, where wine tastings are organised on request. The in-house wine cellar is right next door, the landlord is an avid amateur winemaker who has already received multiple awards with his own creations of various reds and whites.
At the back of the house there is a large stone table for 8 people, right next to the brick barbecue, this invites you to leisurely barbecues. In the on-site garden, you can harvest fresh vegetables for the salad and side dishes or pick fresh figs.
