On the main terrace with 32sqm large swimming pool you can relax on the sunbeds, an outdoor shower is available. A covered terrace provides a shaded seating area, also as a dining area for breakfast or al fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful sea views.

Parking for several cars is available in front of the house. The garden area around the house is Mediterranean with lavender, rosemary bushes and olive trees.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the fully equipped kitchen with sitting bar, flat screen TV, the dining area for 8 persons and the living room. From the kitchen and also from the living room you have access to the pool terrace, overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

The open plan living room is furnished with a large sofa, relax armchair and rocking chair, as well as a flat screen TV and a seating area by the fireplace.

Also located on the ground floor are the anteroom with wardrobe and mirror, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine.

On the first floor are two of the bedrooms: “Gold” and “Bronze ” – themed with the elements gold and bronze designed – with queen size double bed and open plan, integrated bathrooms, each with shower, vanity, LED mirror and separate toilet.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with LCD TV, wardrobes and dressing tables, and have exit to the terrace, fantastic sea views and mountain views included.

On the second floor you expect the the third bedroom ”Silver” – also with queen size double bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, vanity, wardrobe and mirror dresser, separate toilet. Here too, you have access to a balcony with mountain and sea views, and the large roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the Biokovo mountain range. From here you can watch the most beautiful sunsets on the Adriatic.
