On the ground floor are the kitchen with dining area and the living room, with an exit to the terrace, where there is also the private swimming pool with sun loungers. A covered outdoor seating area provides shade, and a brick barbecue is available. In the lower part of the house there is a play room for smaller and larger children. Free private parking is available 150m from the house.
