We offer a fantastic 4-star holiday villa with pool for 4 to 6 people. It is 600 metres from the centre of Selca, with restaurants, cafes and bars. To the sea and beach it is 1 km.

The villa is built of typical stone of Brac, has an excellent sunny location, terraces and a large garden with inviting pool. The view of the green nature of the island and the Adriatic Sea is impressive. Privacy and tranquility allow you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The villa has 160 sq m of living space, 800 sq m of garden, pool, terraces and parking for several cars. The villa has two floors that are separated from each other, each floor has its own access, and of course Wi-Fi, satellite TVs and aircondition in all rooms. The ground floor is equipped with a bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as washing machine. There is also a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, direct access to the large terrace, pool and garden area. The upper floor also has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area and access to the terrace with seating.

Both terraces offer fantastic views of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Peljesac as well as the Biokovo Mountains. In the villa there is a large courtyard with swimming pool, barbecue, terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
