Overview

Villa Marina is a 5-star villa, built in a modern style. It has four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a single bed. There are four bathrooms.

A total of 9-10 people can be accommodated in Villa Marina.

The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 60 sqm, covered seating area and barbecue, quality garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols.

The view of the open sea and the offshore islands of Brac and Hvar is beautiful, in the background is the Biokovo mountain range with a height of up to 1.762m.

The living space is 264m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. There is a fireplace in the living room and central heating throughout the house.

A locked 4-car garage and outdoor parking are reserved on the property for guests only.

On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms with shower and toilet.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed and the exit to the terrace.

On the first floor are three bedrooms (two with double bed, one with single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the large terrace with fantastic sea views.

In the basement there is a fitness area with treadmill, various training equipment, table tennis, and toys for the children. The wine cellar with the large Konoba. The Konoba has a fully equipped kitchen and seats for 20 people, a private fireplace, which can also be used as a barbecue. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
