Villa Marko is a 5-star villa built in Dalmatian-style with stone facade.

It has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are three bathrooms. Furthermore, Villa Marko offers a separate living apartment (separated from the house) including. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and private bathroom. A total of 8 people can live in the Marko estate.

The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 24m², covered seating and barbecue, quality garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols. The view of the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background the Biokovo Mountains ranges up to 1.762m. The living space is 220m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. For cooler seasons, there’s a fireplace in the living room as well as underfloor heating throughout the house.

On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the exit to the terrace. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed.

In the basement there is the wine cellar and a spacious Konoba. The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a seating area for 20 people, a private fireplace which can also be used as a barbecue. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and tumble dryer. Dependance: This separate holiday apartment is just 3m behind the house and has comfort for 2 people: A living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels and pool towels are provided. Parking spaces for several cars are reserved right in front of the house on the property just for our guests.

The garden is beautifully decorated with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls, and offers you and your family, your children and pets complete privacy and security.
