Overview

Villa Petra is a luxurious 5-star villa, built in Dalmatian style with stone facade. The villa has four separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are three bathrooms available.

In total, the Petra estate can accommodate 8-10 people.

The villa has a 230m² terrace with a private heated pool of 24m², covered seating with barbecue, quality garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols.

The view of the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is fantastic, in the background ranges the Biokovo Mountains up to 1.762m.

The living space is 340m² in size and all areas are fully air-conditioned. For cooler seasons, there’s a fireplace in the living room and underfloor heating throughout the house. Parking spaces for several cars are reserved directly in front of the house on the own property only for guests.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine as well as the exit to the terrace. On 1st floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and the terrace with fantastic sea views. The first floor is also accessible from the outside directly via a staircase. On 2nd floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
