Overview

Villa Prestige is a 4-star villa with high-quality luxury facilities. The house is located in the small village of Bast, above Baska Voda, at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains.

All rooms offer magnificent views of the sea, offshore islands and mountains. Villa Prestige has a living space of 450m ², spread over three floors. There are 5 rooms with king-size double beds and each private bathroom for a total of up to 10 + 2 people. On the ground floor is a konoba, in typical Dalmatian rustic style, with rustic dining area and kitchen, toilet, as well as a bedroom with bathroom.

The Konoba has access to the garden with barbecue and covered terrace. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with couch, which can be used as a sofa bed for 2 more people if necessary. There is also a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an extra bathroom. The gym with sauna and bathroom is also located on this first floor. From here you can access the pool terrace, with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower, as well as lounge furniture.

The pool is 24m² in size and 1.5m deep and heated. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private spacious bathroom and balcony or terrace with very beautiful sea views.

The house is bright and flooded with light, large windows offer beautiful views of the sea. A beautiful Mediterranean garden is laid out around the villa, and there are also on-site parking spaces.
