Here you enjoy complete privacy and comfort with a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Brac! The house is located on various hiking and mountain bike trails. There is a private parking space for 3 cars directly at the house.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people, the pool water is treated with electrolysis.

Villa Skyview is suitable for 8 people. There are 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom. The entire area on the ground floor, where there is also a bedroom with a bathroom, is barrier-free.

The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room are on the ground floor, from here you can also access the terrace with a 44m² infinity pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.

Outdoors there is a grill with a large seating area, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

On the 1st floor there are another 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, this area is accessible via a staircase. One bedroom also has a large terrace with seating. All rooms have sea views.
