The open view of the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar is breathtaking, in the background the Biokovo Mountains rise up to 1.762m.

Villa Vikki is a luxurious villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and is suitable for up to 8 people.

The living area is 360m² and all areas are air conditioned. For cooler seasons, there’s a fireplace in the living room as well as underfloor heating throughout the house. Parking is reserved directly in front of the house on own property for guests.

On the ground floor of the house is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as the exit to the terrace.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and the terrace with a fantastic sea view.

On the second floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, and a private bathroom.

In the basement are the wine cellar and a large tavern. The konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 12 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a grill, as well as its own bread or pizza wood oven. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

Villa Vikki was built in 2015 on a 600m ² plot, and is about 1.4km away from the old town of Makarska. The garden is beautifully decorated with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palm trees, the property is surrounded by cascading walls, and offers you and your family, your children and pets complete privacy and security.

Baby cots and children’s high chair can be provided.
