The apartment is located on the first floor and has 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, anteroom, open plan living area with sofa bed and kitchen with dining table, and an 8m² terrace overlooking sea, also an awning.

The apartment is located in the 1st floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac from the terrace with seating furniture. An awning provides shade. The apartment is 45m² in size, with an additional terrace of 8m².

In the living area you will find a kitchen, with hob and gas stove, oven, dishes, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Sat TV and Wi-Fi are available for free. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed 200x180cm and sea views. Two other people can sleep on the sofa in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, a hair dryer and washing machine are provided, also towels and bed linen. The baby bed and the child’s high chair are available if required.

On the ground floor of the house is a communal room, the Konoba, equipped with brick barbecue and seating area. The terrace next to the house can also be used for relaxing, where there are loungers and shady spots. A new outdoor swimming pool awaits you from 2019!
