The house impresses with open-plan bedrooms, integrated bathrooms, 43m² pool and panoramic pool terrace with modern loungers and lounge furniture, as well as sea views from all rooms.
220m² of living space, 2 luxurious bedrooms and terraces offer enough space for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and open, offering the finest in living comfort, sea views and terraces included.
On the main terrace with 43m² swimming pool you can relax on the sun loungers, an outdoor shower is available. A 38m² covered terrace offers shaded seating area, also used as a dining area for breakfast or dinner al fresco, while enjoying the beautiful sea views.
Parking for several cars is available in front of the house. The garden area around the house is Mediterranean with lavender, rosemary bushes and olive trees.
On the ground floor of the villa are the fully equipped kitchen with bar stool, flat screen TV, the dining area for 4 people and the living room. From the kitchen and also from the living room you have access to the pool terrace, overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The open living room is equipped with modern sofa, PC table and OLED flat screen TV and a fireplace.
Also on the ground floor are the anteroom with wardrobe and mirror, a guest toilet, and a washing machine.
On the 1st floor there are two of the bedrooms with queen size double bed and open-plan integrated bathrooms, each with shower, vanity, LED mirror and separate toilet.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, equipped with OLED TV, wardrobes and dressing tables, and have exit to the terrace, fantastic sea views and mountain views included.
